In late 2005, the chairman of Southampton, Rupert Lowe, said that if he made a list of phone calls asking about Theo, he would be stuck in the office all day. He is not exaggerating. Theo Walcott was the hottest young British talent that attracted attention from big clubs such as Chelsea, Liverpool, and Arsenal.
